Randy Haugh
SVP, FinanceRandy Haugh has worked in finance roles for most of his 20-year-plus career, much of it in real estate and commercial lending. His responsibilities with the company include a variety of core finance activities, including corporate financial planning and analysis, treasury management, support of investor relations activities, maintaining relationships with key investment and corporate banking advisors, and general support of the CFO’s initiatives.
Before joining our firm, Randy served as a Vice President on the U.S. Real Estate fund management team at The Carlyle Group (NASDAQ: CG), responsible for supporting over $18 billion in commitments across multiple funds. Randy served at First Potomac Realty Trust, ultimately as Vice President of Finance, from January 2013 through the sale of First Potomac to Government Properties Income Trust (NASDAQ: GOV) in October 2017. From 2006 to 2012, he served in various capacities at CapitalSource (NYSE: CSE), ending his time there as a Director of Finance.
